• 1 1/2 ounces Republic Reposado Tequila
• 2 ounces Coffee
• 1/2 ounce Agave Nectar
• 2 ounces Whipping Cream
• Cinnamon to Grate

In a mixing glass add coffee, agave nectar, tequila, and a few grates of cinnamon. Top with ice and cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Pour whipped cream over the back of the spoon to create a layer on top of the drink, and then dust with a couple more grates of cinnamon.
